What book did you read last?: I just completed "Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done" by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charam. A fantastic read for leaders looking to drive accountability and achievement!
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why? :
In 2016, my husband and I, along with our best friends, traveled to South Africa. We spent time in the Sabi Sands, just outside of Kruger National Park, and time in Cape Town. It was the trip of a lifetime complete with safari, vineyard exploring, shark diving, and more!
Kristen Capezza, Adelphi University’s Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, oversees the operations of University Admissions and Student Financial Services, spanning undergraduate, graduate, domestic and international populations. For nearly 10 years, Kristen has provided strategic counseling to the field of higher education in her service to various boards throughout the industry including the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling (NYSACAC) of which she served as President from 2014-2017 and the Nassau Counselors Association where she’s served as Business Editor of the newsletter, chair of various awards committees and most recently, as Program Chair. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Marketing from Bryant University and her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Adelphi University.
What would you like to be famous for?: I'd love to be a famous cook hosting my own cooking show on the Food network! Cooking is a passion of mine - food brings everyone together!
